This commercial grade receptacle combines large capacity trash collection with a stainless steel ashtray top.  Openings on both sides provide easy access for trash disposal.  Features retainer bands to hold trash bags in place.  Holds 25 gallons. Ashtray can be permanently attached or left unattached for easy emptying. Heavy duty plastic construction with UV inhibitors. Can be used with or without optional sand in top.
